Summary: The Head, Digital and Non Personal Promotion Analytics within the Company’s Commercial and Market Access Insights & Analytics organization will be leading this function. This incumbent is responsible for developmental and deployment process of Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) measurement framework utilization across brands, analyzing data, developing, and delivering analyses. This role requires experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within all digital channels, including website, paid media, social media, and email campaign data sets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital/NPP Marketing Analytics team within Commercial Analytics team

  • Set measurement and key performance indicators for digital and related cross-channel spend and ROI optimization in liaison with brand and digital leadership.

  • Design experiments to evaluate channel, message, or sequence of digital tactics and generate insights and recommendations related to customer engagement on digital channels.

  • Identify standards and rules pertaining to acquisition and use of relevant data.

  • Align with IT, Data Acquisition, and Data Governance functions accordingly.

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders as recognized expert in pharma digital analytics.

  • Determine current trends and new technologies for use at organization.  

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Econometrics, Operations Research or Computer Science.

  • At least 10 years of applicable full-time work experience with at least four years in digital marketing analytics and optimization.

  • Strong experience and knowledge of advanced Statistical models and methods, and Statistical Design of Experiments.

  • Experience measuring, mining, and generating insights from digital customer engagement data within all digital channels, including website, paid media, social media, and email campaign data sets.

  • Expertise in multivariate content/messaging testing and optimization.

  • Expertise in mixed media modeling and digital attribution models.

  • Familiarity with leading marketing technology, advanced analytics, and visualization platforms, such as Google Marketing Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Qlik.

  • Expertise with at least one statistical analysis platform such as SAS, R, or Python.

  • Client focused and responsive.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as demonstrable in oral management presentations, succinct PowerPoint stories and layout, as well as structured syntheses and recommendations.

  • Willingness to "have an opinion" backed up by insight and analytics and the confidence to influence key stakeholders in meetings and one to one basis.

  • Strategic business acumen, focus on results, passion for keeping up with media and technology trends.
